Shipping & Handling
We do NOT ship internationally!
Orders will typically ship within 1-3 business days (M-F). All orders must have both billing and shipping addresses located within the 50 United States or District of Columbia. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All firearms orders must be completed with Federal Firearms License (gun store) contact information. In addition, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the gun store sends a copy of the FFL (Federal Firearms License) to VZ58USA.com (Czech Made Firearms LLC). We will not contact the gun store to acquire a copy of the FFL for You. Please ensure the FFL dealer references the purchaser’s name on the FFL copy. FFL dealers and C&R license holders can send a copy of their license by e-mail to: ffl@vz58usa.com
All packages are shipped via USPS. This allows us to keep shipping prices low and in return, offer you a better price on our products. Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number at the email address that you provide during check-out. Transit times will vary depending on type of shipping service and location you choose.
Before placing your order, please confirm that there are no legal restrictions for you to own firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories. Do not place an order with VZ58USA.com (Czech Made Firearms LLC) if you are uncertain of the legality of ownership in your state and/or city. In addition, ensure that you meet the minimum age requirement for owning a pistol or a rifle and that you are able to pass a firearms background check. If a person makes payment for firearms, magazines, parts, or accessories, and it is not legal for the buyer to possess, there will be a 15% restocking fee plus any costs associated with shipping.
Payment Options
VZ58USA.com (Czech Made Firearms LLC) accepts credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express and Money Orders. If we do not receive your USPS Money Order within 10 calendar days of order placement we will notify you by email and your order will be cancelled.
Return Policy
VZ58USA.com (Czech Made Firearms LLC) will accept returns on all items within 14 days of date of delivery. The item must be in the same condition it was in when left our facility. BEFORE returning any items please contact us at Idontlikeit@vz58usa.com first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and write it on the outside of the returning package. Packages will not be accepted without an RMA. 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless an error occurred, on our part.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of the order can be done anytime via email Idontneedit@vz58usa.com or by speaking with our representative over the phone. 5% cancellation fee will be applied if order not shipped yet. 15% restocking fee will be applied if order already shipped.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
